The Mercy of God
In times of uncertainty and tragedy, we are reminded of the mercy of God, which preserves our going out and coming in. Psalm 121:8 says, "The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time on and forevermore." This verse serves as a comforting reminder that our lives are in God's hands, and His mercy is what sustains us.
Life is unpredictable, and incidents like the one in Rivers State can happen to anyone, anywhere. It highlights the importance of living each day with purpose and gratitude. As the Rivers State Police Command Spokesperson, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, noted, "The case will be transferred to the State Traffic Department for further investigation." The police are working to understand the circumstances surrounding the incident, and the driver has been arrested.
A Call to Reflection
As we reflect on this incident, we are reminded of the importance of being mindful of our actions and the impact they can have on others. We must also acknowledge the role of human error and the need for vigilance on our roads.

The Rivers State accident is a sobering reminder of the fragility of life and the importance of living each day with purpose and gratitude. May we take a moment to reflect on our lives and the mercy of God that preserves us. May the families of the deceased find comfort and strength in this difficult time.
