RISUWA and UWAEC Celebrate Nigeria's 65th Independence Day with Patriotic Zeal
In a grand display of patriotism and unity, the Rivers State University Women's Association (RISUWA) and the University Women Association Education Centre (UWAEC) joyfully celebrated Nigeria's 65th Independence Day with the University community. The celebration, which was marked with great enthusiasm, was led by the President of RISUWA and UWAEC, Dr. (Mrs.) Victoria Ayah Zeb-Obipi.
In a heartfelt message, Dr. Zeb-Obipi congratulated the entire University community on this momentous occasion, saluting the giant strides made in academics, research, and welfare under the visionary leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Isaac Zeb-Obipi. She described Prof. Zeb-Obipi as a digital and people's choice Vice-Chancellor, who has been instrumental in shaping the University into a beacon of knowledge and service to humanity.
The President's message read in part, "As our nation marks 65 years of resilience and growth, we salute the giant strides in academics, research, and welfare under your visionary leadership. May our University continue to rise as a beacon of knowledge and service to humanity."
