Pioneers of Legacy: Rivers State University Salutes the Unyielding Spirit of Fathers

In a grand tribute to the esteemed male staff, particularly fathers, Rivers State University (RSU) Vice-Chancellor, the illustrious Prof. Isaac Zeb-Obipi, has extended warm greetings and profound appreciation for their unwavering dedication, exemplary leadership, and mentorship. According to Prof. Zeb-Obipi, organisational parenting occurs when a mentee acquires values, behaviours, and privileges from a mentor, making every male staff member who bestows their admirable personality onto students an organisational parent worthy of commendation.

On behalf of the 38,960 students who have registered, Prof. Zeb-Obipi declared, "Happy Father's Day 2025, my dear colleagues!!!" in a heartfelt tribute to the fathers. He added a lighthearted touch to the message, saying "But the so-therefore is on me when we see."
