Transforming Rivers State: Trans-Kalabari Road Project Set to Boost Economy
Rivers State Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok Ete Ekwe Ibas, has underscored the importance of completing the Trans-Kalabari Road Project, emphasizing its potential to significantly enhance the socio-economic status of Rivers State and Nigeria.
During an inspection tour of the project site in Rumuolumeni Community, Vice Admiral Ibas noted that the project's completion will improve communication and transportation between communities, ultimately boosting the state's economy.
He urged contractors to adhere to the project timeline, expressing confidence that the state government has fulfilled its financial obligations. The Administrator also inspected the Permanent Secretaries' Quarters in Rumuokwurushi Community, highlighting the need for comfortable housing facilities to enhance civil servants' productivity.
Vice Admiral Ibas reaffirmed his commitment to building a peaceful state, ensuring that Rivers people remain the greatest beneficiaries of his administration's efforts.
