*PHALGA Shake-Up: Mayor Ichemati Appoints Aides, Dissolves Building Permit Committee*

Port Harcourt City Local Government Area Mayor, Honorable Ezebunwo Ichemati, has made key appointments to bolster his administration. Notable appointees include Raymond Ndubuisi Wechie as Chief of Staff, Obinna Nelson Onwuka as Executive Assistant, and Chidozie Victor Anuebunwa as Chief Press Secretary. Faustina Nwanekwu (Teenar U Gene) will serve as Special Assistant on Electronic Media.

Additionally, six Special Assistants on Media have been appointed: Smart Ella, Emma Chijioke Amadi, Gold Owubokiri, Izuchukwu Irouno, Anim Godday, and Princess Nyebuchi.

In a separate move, Mayor Ichemati dissolved the Building Permit Committee, effective immediately. The public is advised to report directly to the Mayor's office for building permits and clearance letters, warning that dealing with unauthorized individuals may result in personal liability.
